Shipping & Delivery Policy

We at FIRST CATCH are committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the earliest time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your pin code, we will ship your items via DELHIVERY COURIER. Orders are shipped within 2-5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. FIRST CATCH is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-5 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). FIRST CATCH is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. FIRST CATCH is proud to use RazorPay Gateway for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

Shipping & Delivery Charges

FIRST CATCH may change the shipping/delivery charges without any prior notice. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. 

The shipping charges are based on the weight of the products. For multiple products ordered the website adds up the weight of all the individual products and charges a single shipping fee which is based on the total weight of the items in your cart and the predefined weight slabs.

Thus, a customer who orders three items weighing 200gms, 250gms and 500gms is charged a single shipping fee for this consignment weighing 950gms.

The weight of the product has been built in into the website. Weight slabs are defined in the system based on which the shipping charges are calculated for a single product / multiple products.

Prepaid Orders weighing under 500gms will be charged Rs.50 Shipping Charges Above 500gms it will be Rs.325. For COD Order products weighing uner 500gms will be charged Rs.125 and above 500gms it will be Rs.550.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days or as per the delivery date specified at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 15 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

For pin code where our logistic partner doesn’t have service orders will be dispatched through India Post.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at  or email us at support@firstcatch.store mentioning your Order ID.

What if i am not available at the shipping address during the time of delivery ?

A total of 3 Delivery attempts will be made to your address after which the package will be sent back to our registered office by the courier company. If the customer request re-delivery of the returned order then the additional shipment charges have to be borne by the customer which will be duly intimated via email.
